Workflow Orchestration Foundation for Build → Validate → Pack

A foundational workflow orchestration layer has been introduced to standardize execution across build, validation, and packaging stages.

The architecture combines:

This establishes a deterministic execution model for data and processing pipelines, ensuring that each stage is explicitly defined and traceable.
